READY TO REGISTER?
We want to help make sure OLGC is a good fit for your family! Before enrolling your family into OLGC, we recommend to:
- Read the About page in its entirety.
- Review the Course Catalog.
- Schedule an in-person visit (available the last Tuesday of Feb, Mar, and Apr). Please contact us to schedule your appointment. To determine which courses you may want to observe, see this year's current schedule.
- Submit your interest and/or questions on the Contact Us page so we may contact you.
- Review the Statements of Faith and the current year's Policies and Procedures Handbook (this will take some time and will be required prior to completing the online Enrollment Application)
- Pray about your decision.
STEP 1: FAMILY ENROLLMENT
Whether you want to register one student or several, whether your student wants to register for one course or many, each family must complete a Family Enrollment Application and fee. Both may be submitted online.

- If you have not read the Statements of Faith or the Handbook yet and reviewed pages 4-5 and 15-20 with your student(s), please do so now.
- After that, allow for about 10-15 minutes to complete the application online.
2. Submit the Family Enrollment Fee - one per family
- $200 thru May 31
- $225 thru Jun 30
- $250 thru Jul 31
- $275 after Aug 1
- Submit at paypal.me/olgcfw using the free Friends & Family option; include your last name and "Enrollment" in the memo
- This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
STEPS 2 & 3: STUDENT COURSE REGISTRATION & LIABILITY WAIVER
Once the Family Enrollment Application is accepted and the Enrollment Fee is received, please allow 1-3 business days after receipt of payment to receive a reply. You will receive, in your email, instructions for registering your student(s) for specific courses as well as a link to our liability waiver. Student Course Registration opens for new families in May. Most course supply and tuition payments are not due until Orientation in August. However, you may be asked to submit certain supply fees during the summer as needed by the Tutors. Tuition rates and supply fees are posted in the Course Catalog.
